During Pregnancy

    • Start anytime during pregnancy, but ideally from 28-34 weeks.

    • Create a plan based on the five universal postpartum needs that will be tailored to your specific requirements:

      • Restorative touch

      • Your community

      • Connection to nature

    • To get clear on what your needs are, now, and in the fourth trimester.

    • Practice some of the key underlying principles that will allow you to implement and enjoy the plan most effectively. These include learning how to rest, adjusting your expectations, leaning into the feminine and asking for help.

    • A plan detailing all your postpartum needs and how they’re being met.

    • Advise and signpost you to trustworthy information and relevant local healthcare professionals.

    • Research and answer your questions, so you can find your voice through the overwhelming noise and information overload.

    • 3x hour-long calls over the weeks leading up to the birth.

    • Notes following each call to include links to resources, including the postpartum plan, and recommended health professionals.

Immediately After Birth

    • Starts as soon as you have your baby

    • I’ll be available to listen to your concerns and guide you in finding a solution that’s right for you.

    • So much comes up in those early days. I will be available as a sounding board for absolutely anything from swaddling to supplements, c-section scars to sleeping positions, really anything that’s on your mind.

    • Non-judgmental, unbiased listening - from which you will get clarity on how you’d like to move forwards with your concern.

    • On call or text from 8am-8pm for the first two weeks after giving birth

The Fourth Trimester

To transform your postpartum experience to one where you feel fully supported.

    • From when you give birth, we can speak in that first week, as soon as you’re ready.

    • By using the postpartum plan as a guide ensuring your needs in the fourth trimester are met, at the same time as addressing anything that is coming up for you at that moment in time.

    • Every mother deserves to be mothered.

    • Holding space for you to debrief your birth experience.

    • Guidance to ensure your postpartum plan is put into practice.

    • Delve into healing, restoring and processing the physical, emotional, spiritual and identity-based aspects of becoming a mum.

    • Space to grow your confidence and listen to your intuition.

    • 6x hour-long calls, one every week for six weeks postpartum

    • Notes following each call to include links to resources and recommended health professionals.
